THE 40-DAY PRACTICE


The key ingredients to transformation

These 40 day meditation cycles are a place to come and practice one meditation for 40 days within a sacred container. Observing how it shifts you from the inside out, without noise, judgement, without anyone telling you what it’s supposed to be. Just you and your commitment to yourself and your practice. Participate, observe and transform. We meet live each day or you can choose to practice on your own with the playback link in the daily inspiration email. The zoom circles each week provide an opportunity to share in a safe space to reflect, hold, presence and uplift and witness each other.

  • All 40 day cycles are hosted on zoom for easy access

  • Each session is about 30 minutes

  • Receive daily channeled wisdom, and self inquiry prompts

  • Group calls are recorded for all call participants to revisit

  • Moon cycle wisdom for optimal energy

Throughout human history, the number forty is significant when speaking about transformation. In many religions, and practices forty days was the amount of time for rituals and various forms of preparation for new life in one way or another. In my experience, forty days is the minimum amount of time to spend with a meditation practice to begin to clear past subconscious patterns, habits, and begin to taste the creative power and potential of your inner being. There are 9 opportunities in one year to complete a 40 day practice, our goal with these 40 day meditation experience cycles is that you’ll go within, face and exalt yourself and make your practice a part of your daily routine so you enjoy what you create, thrive in your relationships, live life intentionally and teach future generations to do the same. As we learn these techniques that elevate our frequency , we not only heal ourselves, we also pave the way for the future.

DO I HAVE TO WAKE UP AT 5 AM?

While there are benefits to waking up before the Sun (Amrit Vela) as the energies are more potent at that time. We all have different needs, and rhythms, if you prefer another time for your meditation we send the re-plays via email each day so you can participate in the daily practice at your chosen time. This is your practice.

 

WHAT ARE BENEFITS OF MEDITATION?

Self initiation, awareness, increased self love, connection, clarity, increased compassion, intuition, self trust, ability to discern with more clarity, ability to utilize energy in a more constructive and regenerative way.
